Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To be eligible for withdrawal, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refund amount if returned products have been opened, used, damaged, or are no longer suitable for resale.

Hygiene and Safety

For health, hygiene, and consumer safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creams
• Serums
• Ampoules
• Sheet masks
• Sunscreens
• Other cosmetic and skincare products

Any product that has been opened, tested, applied, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• Your package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier.
• You exercised your right of withdrawal within the applicable period and returned eligible products in unused and unopened condition.

• Photos of the issue, where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
